Growing up as a competitive athlete, I lived for the competition and the endorphins,  but always found myself being conflicted between wanting to be strong, but also ‘skinny.’  

 

I constantly struggled with body image issues, eating disorders and the toxicity of diet culture. I felt like there wasn’t a way that I could be both happy and healthy. Right after college, I realized I needed to create a more sustainable, balanced, healthy lifestyle for myself and it was then that I found my love for coaching group fitness!

 

Fitness has become a life passion for me, not only for the physical benefits, but for the mental push it has given me in my every day life. 

 

It is my goal as a coach to help you create a BALANCED healthy, sustainable lifestyle. My life is dedicated to helping people become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves, unlock a new level of confidence and strength and change their perspective towards fitness to one of celebration, not punishment. 

 

It is my goal that Class With Catherine will transform you — physically, mentally and emotionally. It will always be a safe space for you to be yourself and move in a way that feels good for your body. Through challenging, athletic movements, high energy, positive vibes and great music, you will be sure to leave class feeling stronger, more empowered and happier than when you started.
